The target groups are national didactic committees, academic staff and potential employers, students, PCIs who find the project outcomes beneficial; governments at national/regional level interested in adaptability and employability of staff in labour market; national Tempus offices; representatives of other sectors interested in adopting the SQF development methodology.

First, interactive project website with up-to-date information on the project achievements, electronic publications of project deliverables, posting SQF developments will be set up. An e-platform ensuring forum of consortium members and stakeholders at large will be established and operationalized. The links of the web-site will be hosted on the consortium member web-sites and National Tempus Offices. Further, brochures informing the project deliverables, achievements and time frames will be published. Newsletters, twice a year, will be posted on project website and circulated among partners and target groups through list-serves and RSS. The Guidelines on SQF development and database operationalization will be published in English and PC native languages. Articles in local papers and relevant mass media will also be published.
Another dissemination channel includes workshops, trainings, in-house trainings, and two conferences with target groups to share best practices, experience of the project. In-house trainings will be delivered by the trained staff for about 20 staff of each PC university and will evolve around methodologies of qualifications framework development, learning outcome development, quality assurance of the qualifications, legitimization and their implementation. The two conferences will take place in Moscow and in Kiev bringing in about 200 stakeholders. Presentations of the SQFs concepts, qualifications at the Ministries.

WUS will lead the WP, ensure its timely and effective implementation, monitor and produce a report.
